A Dementor kissed this movie, especially dear beloved Jacob. You can go down the list of every single character in this movie and none of their decisions make sense. Inconsistent, lifeless characters; no practical effects; no real conflicts, only very contrived conflicts; none of the emotional payoffs from the first movie matter at all anymore; too boring and poorly written for those looking for a fun action movie, too sloppy for hardcore fans, and too confusing for casual fans.
