Review of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018) by Jared B — 17 Nov 2018
The film is dull and lifeless. The positives include the development of the Wizarding World. It was interesting to see Paris even if it did nothing with it. Grindelwald is basically every Johnny Depp character, but more forgettable.
The movies makes it apparent that it wants to show its fantastic visuals by skimping on story. There are way too many subplots and characters to enjoy this film.
