Review of Fanny and Alexander (1982) by Wezul S — 16 Jan 2014
A tapestry of familial love & loss seen through the eyes of our not-too-subtle director's ten-year-old alter ego. This film is richly sweeping, sometimes haunting, and always pulling you in for more.
I only had to watch the short 3-hr film. I really cannot wait to the see the expanded 5-hr version.
