Review of Family Plot (1976) by Sean D — 09 Jan 2009
Barbara Harris has some wonderful comedic timing in this film, and most of it in her line delivery. thank goodness for her, as I did find the movie to be a bit long and drawn out at times, even though there was a bit of suspense, but far from 'edge of your seat".
Karen Black was surprisingly not bad, considering I've seen her in mostly B movies. And I was surprised to find that the score was written by John Williams. And the wink at the end from Harris was the perfect farewell, as this was Hitchcock's final film.
