Review of Fallen (1998) by Kevin H — 23 Mar 2009
+Surprisingly good.
+Denzel Washington good as usual.
+John Goodman reminds me of his bit as Linda Tripp.
+James Gandolfini play a funny cop, love the mustache.
+Sutherland from Fool's Gold is well casted.
+Noticed the lyrics from "Sympathy for the Devil" that I didn't before.
-"Time is on my Side" is fucking annoying.
-Lame plot.
-A poisoned cigarette is a good metaphor and I suppose a lot easier than a bomb, but Azazel is lucky that Denzel didn't have one. Denzel is lucky he didn't have to have one because only two guys showed.
-Generic directing.
-Poor soundtrack.
-The dozen year old cars, attire etc. kill immersion.
-"Time is on my Side" is fucking annoying.
