The flip-side of Dr. Strangelove, made in the same year, by the same studio and based on the same book. Frightening as hell, and while the technology and the Cold War talk date it, unfortunately the problems outlined in this movie have only gotten worse, not better.
How is it possible that Sidney Lumet still hasn't won an Oscar?
