Review of Fail Safe (1964) by Bob W — 28 Oct 2009
A taught thriller with some fine performances. However, there is a reason Dr. Strangelove is considered a masterpiece and only a few know about Fail-Safe. It just isn't as memorable. It's got some thriller stuff, and the situations and decisions are pretty believable, but Strangelove is a hilarious satire that does more than just preach against war.
