Interesting film to be sure but not as good as you might think. Just because Moore creates something that's controversial doesn't automatically equal good. In fact in years since a lot of the points made are ho hum, tired and without relevance.

The film is very enjoyable, which leads to why it cant be taken very seriously. Much of the footage is basically Outtakes or goofy moments of our former president Bush in essence making him look like a Moron. Now this is all ok but it feels to overly deliberate, too edited. if the movie had less goofy moments and more moments of gravity it would have felt better and this is why the movie ultimately fails. its hones in on Bush far too much. its almost as if Moore simply got his feeling hurt when snubbed at a press event, rather Than a real serious look at the issues.

When most of the film is blatant speculation it ends up being only half a documentary. Its strongest when focused on the war and its soldiers effected. too bad more effort wasn't documented in that area instead of lets make fun of old dumb bush again.
