I was so excited to see this movie, but was really let down. This is one of my favorite books of all time and was excited to see how this would be done. Michael Shannon was the only thing worth a solid positive rating.
They changed SO much. If you were going to add modern touches such as internet, etc...that's fine, but why change SO much, even the tone of what Ray Bradbury created so brilliantly in his book. It had only touches of the original story, barely noticeable.
They made it like every other dystopian modern movie. There's a reason this book is a classic. What a fail!
