Review of Fahrenheit 451 (1966) by Eric H — 08 Apr 2012
I read the book of the movie and then I watched the movie. There are lots and lots of differences between the book and the movie. I don't recommend you to watch the movie, if you read the book. It's a great novel, but the movie is not.
Montag is more complex in the book. The movie doesn't show Montag's character well. Truffaut's only in English. Scripted by the director and Jean-Louis Richard (the screenwriter of Emmanuelle), based on a great book by Ray Bradbury.
