I think the fun in this is trying to figure out whats fake and whats not. Basically its a documentary on death, with lots of animal mutilations (most I would imagine are real), to animals killing people, to humans killing each other and themselves.
One of the old video nasties so always worth seeing. But not to be taken too seriously (though the animal stuff is pretty rank).
