The Expelled, as it was released here in the US, isn't an awful little horror picture.. it just feels very incomplete. The kills are fun, but too familiar. The mood is gritty, but unrealistic. And the plot is vaguely planted, yet almost nonexistent.
You will want to enjoy it, but you will leave with blue balls once you realize the climax isn't going to happen.
