Review of F (2010) by Ruby H — 13 Jul 2013
Badly acted, indifferent characters, and, unforgivably, almost all kills are off screen. For about ten minutes it tries for social commentary but all we get is half-arsed.
The school premises offer a nice claustrophobic feeling and there's some dread in the aftermath of the killings, most notably the make up work on the pretty young teacher. The school's principle (Emma Cleasby) stands well and her along with the unconventional ending are this film's best features. Not enough.
