Review of Eyes Wide Shut (1999) by Mark A — 10 Dec 2014
With visual metaphors and bizarre, cryptic symbolism aplenty, Stanley Kubrick's final film may be nothing more than a graphically sexual and pretentious headscratcher. But simply too much thought and thematic artistry went into making it for me to write it off as a waste of time- re-watches will be necessary.
