Review of Eyes Wide Shut (1999) by Bill C — 06 Sep 2018
Pacing as taut as a finely wound guitar string, and an aesthetic as ethereal as its strange and often times disturbing subject matter. An underrated Kubrick gem, that deserves as much credit as his other films.
As an added plus, any film that conveys and deals with dreamlike subject matter is always a win in my book!
