Ewen McGregor is "The Eye" a survaillance expert working for the British Embassy in Washington, and following Ashley Judd a blackmailer and serial killer. Good music, nice look, and the actors do whjat they can but essentiaslly the 2 leads are basically fucked up in the head beyond all repair.
Judd sociopathic, and McGregor's an obsessive stalker who hears voices in his head. Argh. Nothing about this movie makes much sense, nor are these too pyschatric cases very interesting. Skip this one.
