This movie is serious balls... breaking homeless peoples spines then trying to fix them.... why fix them? anyway... this is a sack of crap and Gene Hackman is in the middle of a slump when he made this movie.
.. I like to call it the Pacino-slump... when a great actor can't stop playing the same character for a period of time... pacino did it for like 20 years... now hes good again... hackman fell into for about 6 years and now hes less terrible.
