The vacuum-sealed, family-friendly style is a little pat, but Brendan Fraser aptly portrays the desperation of a parent trying to save their dying child, and Harrison Ford fits the role of the embittered scientist like a glove.
In highlighting the dire lack of funding in medicinal science, the film absolutely succeeds.
