Review of Extraordinary Measures (2010) by Anna C — 11 Sep 2010
Brendan Fraser ["The Mummy"] and Keri Russell ["August Rush"] pay homage to the inspirational story of the Crowley family- desperate to save their children from dying of pompe muscular dystrophy.
Harrison Ford ["Indiana Jones"] plays the medical researcher who may have the means to help them succeed. I particularly enjoyed Ford's performance. Being the great actor he is, he managed to make his character lovable and funny, despite being a jerk at times, and really helped the film along.
