Review of Exorcist: The Beginning (2004) by Wilson H. D — 29 May 2010
In spite of the whole tragedy regarding history, there are still someone few factors on behalf of the movie. Their first one is, undoubtedly, little preoccupation with the censorship, on few stages in which the movie shows something of fort (that should have happened with a frequency infinitamente better), I eat for example the body that is found inside the church.
According to of them it is the most beautiful photography, which even compares a little the climate that the movie was wanting to reach (the first Exorcist, for example, had to his favor a captivation of the image at most medium), and in spite of the air of created show, it manages to be lovely and functional.
The third hit that obstructs the total tragedy it is the characters, whom in spite of esteriotipados and to be forced to a terrible about-turn in the end (that gives an enormous hole of itinerary with the scenes of the children and hyenas), they manage to make us preoccupy with his destinies.
