Review of Exorcist: The Beginning (2004) by Robert M — 03 Aug 2010
Exorcist the beginning tells the story of a preacher named father lankester doesnt that name sound familiar to anyone from the original exorcist film ok back to the story the film starts out completely odd with a group of dead soldiers who died from a very strange but creepy plague then they show one man during before the camera shows all the other details then the film goes to cairo egypt 1949 father lankester is introduced by the audience while he meets a man which while father lankester sees the monster statue that look like the same from the first exorcist then after that while this man and his two sons are introduced and are met by father lankester during around one night the oldest son of the father is outside of his home near a water well and sees this monkey which he gets bothered by it then his brother the youngest son of the father comes in and sees his brother which his brother tells him he should go back to bed but he doesnt want to as he told his brother then the monkey on the well turned a wolf or some type of dog and another of the dogs or wolves came to kill the youngest which father lankester and the son's father sees the wolf but when lankester tries the wolves killed into blood and guts into peices then the youngest child gets sent to a hospitial treatment center which he is treated by a woman named sarah which he tries to taken care of as much as he can but when more things occur people are worried and frightened while there are more killings they try killing joseph but later on in the film when they find out that it really is sarah that really is possessed and the last 20 minutes of the film are the most creepiest scenes of the film which I dont want to spoil because I dont want to the ruin the whole film.
