It didn't add much new to the equation, which in a lot of cases was good, its already a good story and didn't need to be changed. I enjoyed many of the interpretations of the story. Visually stunning and not much character development, but when you're doing one movie and have to get through so much material I understand the sacrifice.

It was just good to have a modern interpretation of such an important story that didn't go too far off base to discredit the original material.
