Review of Exodus: Gods and Kings (2014) by Tiago C — 25 Mar 2015
Ridley Scott lost his hand. In Exodus, presents an unpretentious work and cliché. The story of the Exodus, Moses and the seven plagues of Egypt, for being famous and intensely discussed, can become extremely repetitive shown is a unique little way.
And Ridley Scott, despite trying to abort the Exodus story in a more credible way, often conflicting faith, disbelief, chance and premeditation, with a God represented in the figure of a boy, could not create an original movie and fleeing the place -comum.
Exodus is nothing more than a warmed-over story and Candied with a visual overproduction.
