Review of Exodus: Gods and Kings (2014) by Jake S — 29 Jan 2015

Okay, if I am willing to accept the fast and loose interpretation on the Exodus as told in Genesis, and willing to buy all the blue-eyed Egyptians, I'm still a little miffed that Ridley Scott, who has done some great stuff on the screen, asks me to accept the idea that the children of Israel were able to get "lambs' blood" to smear on the door posts and lintels by slaughtering goats! That's a bit too much of a stretch.

"Let my people go!" But not to see this movie.
