The Last Action Movie worth watching before Seagal started being lazy and putting on weight, Once again he does his part for mankind when he discovers the cops at the preceinct where he is transfered are just corrupt as the local hoodlums.
In traditional S. Seagal manner he is soon Breaking Limbs and Necks and blowing away as many crooked cops and spouting silly little lines which you are not really going to listen to for an hour and a half.
Overall this one of the last Action Movies of it's kind where hollywood didn't try to make the plot smart like they are these days, which is good becasue this is not a movie in which you watch for it's plot.
