Brainless action flick, even for a Steven Seagal vehicle, has a bigger budget and a better supporting cast than you might expect, but with a script this stupid, that's not much comfort. Anderson and Arnold supply comic relief, but Seagal's stone-faced performance is funnier than any comedian.
