Decient action pic that has Steven Seagal and DMX go tag team with a bunch of crooked cops. A near masterpiece by Seagal standards, though this is nothing more then your typical Seagal flick. However there are some stand out peromances by DMX (playing pretty much the same guy he does in every movie), Bruce McGill, Bill Duke, and Anthony Anderson (playing the same guy he always plays).
Jill Hennessy is decient but the movie doesn't give her much screen time and Eva Mendes has a cameo. Watch it if your a fan of Seagal or DMX, or action movies, otherwise there are better uses of your time.
