Review of eXistenZ (1999) by Ben F — 07 Aug 2008
Dumb, overwrought, hokey and ultimately satisfying. Certainly not Cronenberg's best, but it's true to his form, pushing even the boundaries of more unusual subject matter. As with all of his movies, plenty of unique makeup effects meant to churn your innards.
