Cronenberg explores existential reality (realities?) and our impact on them in an awesomely clever manner in eXistenZ (you have to play to find out why you are playing...). DC fans will also find recurring themes here as well including one of my favorites; how he juxtaposes organic/organic or organic/inorganic elements in unusual, sometimes shocking ways.
Jude Law and Jennifer Jason Leigh do a great job, with a great supporting cast. DC fan or not, this is definitely worth seeing.
