Review of Excision (2012) by T-Ho N — 03 Mar 2013

First of all, it's not a horror movie you would expect it to be. there are no masked murderers, ghosts, curses or monsters from outer space. it's still disgusting and very gory, though. most of it just happens in dream sequences (and in context to the movie actually beautiful). it's about a girl with an obsession for blood, even though descriptions say surgery, but I think it's just her way of merging her fetish with a professional future by pursuing a career in surgery. it makes you question how many doctors are in it for their weird kinks.

Anyway, even though this movie's gonna make you puke, it's still a very good, thought provoking piece of cinema and if you dare to know what kinds of people are out there, go for it.

Now let me go take a long bath in bleach...
