Madonna is larger than life Evita Peron in this musical. Evita, the strong woman who calls the shots, and Antonio Banderas, this muscular revolutionary. As the movie progressed I wanted to see these two strong characters dance.
That was unlikely, as she was the star and he the narrator. And if they did dance, who would lead? When it finally happened, I was blown away.
