Generic and irrelevant horror film. The story is boring and poorly told.
The fact that the gore effects are harsh doesn't save the film.
After Scream 6 another failed attempt at a good horror film. Almost every scene of the original is reinterpreted, but unfortunately in a worse way.
If I want heaviness, watch Terifier 2, but I want suspense with Evil Dead.
