Review of Evil Dead (2013) by Reese J — 11 May 2015
Absolutely horrific! The producers finally achieved what Sam Raimi originally set out to do 30 years ago. This will scare the s--t out of you, but you'll still laugh at its over-the-top even cartoonish violence while still trying to keep your lunch down.
This remake is among the best I've ever seen, right up there with Dawn of the Dead. It's an incredible experience, that I probably never want to have again.
