Review of Evil Bong (2006) by Nick T — 27 Aug 2007
One one hand, its called Evil Bong, so its gonna be entertaining on one level at least. On the other hand, its called Evil Bong, so its never going to be a cinematic masterpiece. Basically, a bunch of guys who look and act like those fools on the Skechers ads (yes, the ones you want to smack in the teeth with a hammer) buy a cool looking bong, proceed to get involved with some proper herb smoking, then get owned because a) the bong is evil (duh) and b) theyre fucking lightweights.
Tommy Chong comes along, to save them from the evil bong (hey, I did a rhyme). I wont give too much away, but its not great. Not totally shit either but I was expecting a BIT more. Tommy Chong wielding a chainsaw though.
.. thats a health & safety nightmare if ever there was one.
