It made me laugh and I liked to see Tommy Chong and Tim Thomerson make appearances in the film. However, It's a very poorly made film, The laughs I had were directed solely at the absurd dialogue throughout the course of the film.
This is the type of film that makes everyone think pot smokers are stupid.
