I remember this in the 80's and how strong the debate was in the community whether the baby was taken by the dingo or not. The media was corrupt in how they sold the story, so they could make money out of someone else expense.

It's a very sad experience of loosing a child - let alone the added grief of the public threatening you, hating you and prosecuting you.
