Review of Evil Angels (1988) by Glenn C — 26 Apr 2012
Aussie audiences know this film as "Evil Angels" which tells the story of Lindy & Michael Chamberlain and the infamous "dingoes got my baby" story. Its quite a powerful film that for some baffling reason, it still unavailable in Australia.
Go figure, eh!? Meryl Streep is amazing (as always) and once again proves that she is the queen of accents. Its one of the great movies to come out of Oz during the 80s and is well worth buying online if you've never seen it.
It really captures the emotional state which the country was in at the time. Fantastic!
