Review of Everything or Nothing (2012) by Dann M — 17 Apr 2013
Excellent account and editing of the 50 year cinematic journey of the fictional superspy James Bond.
Interviews, clips and never before seen footage make the 90 minute documentary running time fly by faster than watching a run of the mill football match.
Even ex-USA President Bill Clinton is interviewed.
Timothy Dalton treats his interview like another act in a Shakesperian play (for what it's worth I do like his Bond portrayal!).
Thank god the Americans didn't get their hands on Bond and create a Jimmy Bond.
Sean Connery shows bitterness to the hand that fed him if you ask me although he does make a brief last minute reconciliation with Producer Cubby Broccoli.
All in all an interesting documentary for the Bond officiado but one that could have been included on the Skyfall Blu-ray release?
