The movie focuses around generational trauma in an Asian family. That may sound like it has been done many times before but this time is different.
It uses humor and absurdity to win the hearts and mind of the watcher while also going through personal issues in a heartfelt way. Personally, I think there are not many other movies you watch like this in terms of visuals, comedy and storytelling. A rather absurdly different and enjoyable story.
