Review of Everything, Everything (2017) by Jasmine B — 03 Dec 2018
Everything Everything is a romantic teen movie with a twist for drama; this movie isn't for all movie goers hence the genre is drama/ romance and the rating's aren't great, but since this movie falls into the categories of my likings, it is the bee's knees for me.
The tone of authority is actress Anika Noni Rose plays as Dr. Pauline Whittier which is actress Amandla Stenberg plays as Maddy Whittier's mother; she basically lets her do anything except the ONE thing she wants most.
Eighteen year old Maddy Whittier, living life like you would think she would, celebrating her birthdays each year, talking to her friends, on social media, shopping, and always wanting this particular thing that she could simply not get due to her mother's control but what she wanted so badly was to go to the beach and see and ocean with the sand right under her feet for the first time, just to be outside for once in her life; while all of this is happening in her life, a family moves in next door and their son actor Nick Robinson playing as Olly Bright becomes fascinated with Maddy as they get to know each other talking more and more through their window's with sheets of paper pressed against the window's surface.
Also, an adventure is waiting to happen... The music also plays a role in this movie, it is primarily electro house and calming songs which wonderfully portrays the emotion and scenes very well, I liked the soundtrack so much I downloaded it and listen to it whenever.
This movie is great for mainly teens or anyone who loves romance.
