An amazing insight into this iconic band from their origins up to now. Memories flood back, and you learn something new as well. Many top performers say what Fishbone meant to them and modern music in general which only adds to their legend.

A flowing, well paced, informative and entertaining documentary that I've watched twice already, (a rarity for me) and am sure to watch again many times to show my non Fishbone fan friends what the hell they are missing out on!
