I can't believe how much this movie looks likes and almost sounds like Dazed and Confused (CLASSIC). From camera angles to characters, to plot even to relying on music to paint the picture's ambiance. Watching this, I was not amused or pleased about these similarities-and I grew up in the 80's! Further, after Hot Tub Time Machine and other more recent movies have "re-acquiesced" to the 80's theme, it made this less interesting.
