Review of Every Day (2018) by Cedar Y — 08 Jan 2019
This unusual teen romance adapted from David Levithan's best-selling YA novel gets the casting right but everything else wrong. Every Day is a lackluster movie that doesn't strive to be more that another teen drama.
It just contains every cliche one would expect to see when the main characters are high schoolers. There was potential for something better here but unfortunately both writer and director weren't up to the task.
