Although recommending foreign film to the general Western populace is akin to suggesting a leisurely trip to the dentist, it's obligatory I recommend one of such noteworthy viewing. Human struggle isn't sexy, but it exists, and when paralleled well in cinema, it garners attention.
'Tambien La Lluvia,' certainly succeeds in this regard.
