This has all the good stuff; blind midgets, laughing midgets, running midgets, whore midgets, drunk midgets. It's one of the bets midget movies out there that touched on so many world problems that even I couldn't understand.
Werner Herzog is a mad man and crazy enough the same dude that made Rescue Dawn.
