Herzog at his most nihilistic. It goes on for far too long and times it feels like you are watching your nails being pulled out by a pliers - which may be the point. The scene with the little guy trying to get on to the bed to seduce his 'wife' and failing miserably is a definite highlight, or lowlight even.
