Review of Even Dwarfs Started Small (1971) by Scott S — 17 Jun 2009
Woah what a bizarre film by Herzog. Its just a poor allegory about revolt and liberation. The film is downright gorgeous in every possibly way. This is definetly not a film for everyone, but its just such a fascinating study the idea of freedom through revolt and the empowerment it can cause.
Some may find it slow, but its really quite amusing and a meaningful film.
