This is as madcap as I have grown to expect from Herzog. 90 minutes of Dwarfs causing mayhem. It's entertaining as a concept and although the timing of my watching this is apt and it does at least seem relevant, this still doesnt seem quite as ridiculous as the recent rioting in England.
