Review of Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga (2020) by Zefyrus87 — 27 Jun 2020
For a cheesy rom-com in 2020, I have to admit it was a lot better than what I was expecting originally.
* Not racially, gender-ally, diversity, LGBTQ+-lly charged at all. It touches the subject, of course, but doesn't overextend into it; which I have to say, is pretty rare these days.
* It's a bit long, but enjoyable.
* Quick humorous comebacks.
* Quirky and nuts, but in a fun and cute way.
* Doesn't lose itself in sexual stereotypes and promiscuousness, as many romcoms.
* It's cheesy, but not "too cheesy".
* Will-Ferrellisms kept to a minimum, I think only a couple of them.
