Review of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982) by Jerrod A — 21 Aug 2017

In my personal opinion, this movie is kind of overrated. It's not bad by any means, but I don't put it up on a pedestal as one of the best movies ever made. There are a few flaws and plot holes I can't get over, and I absolutely hate the stupid scientists/doctors that just breach the privacy of the family and barge in.

Don't even get me started on Elliot's annoying, forced, loud laughter. Those things aside, it's a somewhat touching movie that everyone should see at least once.
